About the event

“Wine is Bottled Poetry.” Robert Louis Stevenson

The Haitian Network Media invites all wine and poetry enthusiasts to a free-flowing oratorical night!

“Foli Pwezi”, a wine, and poetry night, to introduce you to a new style of poetry derived from Paris where poetry and music will share the same stage.

This event will provide an elevated wine tasting experience and challenge you to use all the five senses!

Each ticket includes one complementary glass of wine and hors d’oeuvres. Foli Prezi will be an experience guaranteed to transform you in the space and translate all your feeling into words and music!

From Paris, Emmanuel Vilsaint, author of “Fle Kiskeya”. He is a poet, actor, and performer. Proclaimed “Poete Brasseur” by the Parisian public, who describes him as a poet who shakes and brews poetry to extract what is best. Well-known in Europe, and Africa for his authentic work, Emmanuel Vilsaint will enter the U.S. stage for the first time at Foli Pwezi! His latest album Dé-Écrire will be available for sale.

This talent calls the stage their home, Andre Fouad. A poet “Pye Poudre”, writer, and journalist who is crazy about poetry. In May 2004, he received an Award of Recognition from Miami Mayor Alex Penelas, for Haitian Heritage Month, with many more awards recognizing his work from France to the USA. His album  “Lè Pwezi m jwenn van” will be available for sale.

Based out of our hosting city, Orlando, this all-genre musical group, Friendz will make us appreciate music in poetry. Always bringing their best to the stage, their music will have your soul moving to the rhythms and the words.

We cannot wait to share these amazing performers with you!

Foli Pwezi, a night of poetry, music, freedom, and good vibes. Sure to make us want more wine!
